The anticipated salary range for this position is $74,900 - $139,100 annual. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. Senior HRIS Analyst – Compensation & Payroll (Workday) Classification: Exempt Reports to: Director, HR Technology POSITION SUMMARY The Senior HRIS Analyst – Compensation & Payroll is responsible for the configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization of Workday Compensation and Payroll modules, including Advanced Compensation. This role serves as a functional subject matter expert supporting all compensation and payroll cyclical events and plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and scalable solutions aligned with business and Total Rewards strategies. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on Workday experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex compensation and payroll requirements into effective system configurations. This role partners closely with Compensation, Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, and IT to support annual, quarterly, and ad hoc processes while maintaining data integrity and operational excellence.
