Airbus Helicopters, Inc. is seeking a high-caliber Sr Warranty and Repairables Specialist to serve as a vital liaison for our Light Utility Helicopter (LUH) program. In this pivotal role, you won't just manage assets—you’ll be the engine behind the Contracted Logistic Support (CLS) program, ensuring that every repairable core, warranty claim, and piece of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) is accounted for and mission-ready. Your Challenges: Repairable Management: 30% Responsible for the creation of all service and purchase orders for repairable core assets transacted within the CLS program. Responsible for the reconciliation and tracking of all work in process (WIP) repairable core assets at internal/external suppliers. Execute inventory analysis of all rotable pool assets to establish and sustain appropriate inventory levels. Monitor and provide reporting status on all owed repairable core assets from the customer. Responsible for the processing of all internal/external quotes received from suppliers. Execute quote vetting from the suppliers accordingly, ensuring tear down reports include substantiating data to support their pricing. Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Management: 30% Initiate and process all purchase requests/orders in support of the GFE program for CLS. Execute inventory analysis of all GFE assets to establish and sustain GFE inventory levels. Responsible for initiating and tracking all over and above packages related to GFE material. Provide reporting status on GFE material in WIP status at internal/external supplier locations. Responsible for the coordination, execution, and reporting of all GFE inventories for the CLS Program. Customer Support: 25% Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer service relationship with the US Army to promote good communication, drive customer satisfaction/improvements, and promote customer efficiency. Coordinate with all AH support functions (Technical Support, DCR, MRO, Supply Chain, Columbus FAL, AHD…) to perform resolution and risk mitigation on issues and concerns from the customer regarding Warranty, Repairables, and Tool Support. Monitor, maintain, and provide support for assigned CLS Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to ensure all targets are met or exceeded. Conduct regular reviews of key performance indicators related to Warranty, Repairables, Tool Support or duty assignment. Warranty: 15% Process warranty orders and ensure proactive management of new and used inventory to ensure warranty terms and conditions are met. Responsible for warranty reimbursement submittals and tracking with suppliers. Monitor and provide warranty status and reporting for the CLS program. Your Boarding Pass: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics, Engineering, Business or Logistics or related field or equivalent experience (4 years) (i.e. Customer Support, Aviation Commercial/Military Rotary Wing, Supply Chain, etc.) Have seven (7) + years’ experience in Customer Service, Technical Support or related fields within the helicopter/aviation industry. Interpreting contracts, data deliverables, and procedures.
