As a Sr. UX Specialist, you'll serve as a Team Captain, coordinating design strategies and ensuring seamless execution of projects. Beyond design, you'll play a key role in shaping AI experiences—building tools and bots that redefine how users interact with our platforms. Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and contributes to the experience design of tools and platforms used by frontline employees, including content development, user research, user-centered design processes, project leadership, and user experience prototyping and development.
  • Assists in efforts to expand and enhance the digital delivery channels of the company, improving the user experience for accessing current and future projects, research, data, new applications, multi-media content and other types of initiatives that support the mission of the company.
  • Oversee efforts to expand and enhance the digital delivery channels of the company, improving the user experience for accessing current and future publications, outreach, research, data, special projects, speeches, education materials, multi-media content and other types of communications that support the mission of the company.
  • Has a strong understanding of AI platforms and how to support their user experiences.
  • Take responsibility for the user interface: identify problems, propose solutions, recommend implementations, and execute UI solutions to improve the user experience.
  • Assess a product's positioning and role within the online organization's sites, products and services. Develops and writes interaction and functional specifications.
  • Produces interactive prototypes for internal experimentation and usability testing, and tests UI in a rigorous, data-driven way.
  • Reviews competing products and recommends design solutions that differentiate the organization's products from those of competitors.
  • Maintains a critical eye and an obsessive attention to detail.
  • Works with UX research to test theories to create user-centric design solutions.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
