What You’ll Do Partner closely with product owners and stakeholders to deeply understand business challenges and champion user experience at every stage. Develop research strategies that align with product portfolio objectives and support progress toward OKRs. Design and execute a wide range of quantitative and qualitative UX research methods—including heuristic evaluations, click tests, competitive analyses, surveys, eye‑tracking, remote moderated/unmoderated usability testing, and user interviews—to evaluate usability, comprehension, and overall satisfaction. Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights and present them effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels. Leverage analytical tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric) to collect data-driven insights that enhance research strategies and provide a complete understanding of user experiences. Create, update, and maintain Customer Journey Maps and Service Blueprints to help product teams identify pain points, build empathy, and stay customer‑centric. Thrive in a self-directed, agile environment while managing multiple concurrent meetings, priorities, and projects. Guide and benchmark product performance using quantitative UX metrics, regularly evaluating customer feedback to identify areas of improvement. Scale UX research through infrastructure development, education, and contributions to ResearchOps. Manage research tools, including eye‑tracking hardware, testing platforms, and participant recruitment resources.
