Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
At least 4-6 years relevant work experience
Proficiency in modern product design tools, such as Figma and Figma Make, and familiarity with collaborative coding platforms (e.g., Lovable, Replit)
Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools and their application in product workflows
Experience conducting user research, including usability testing and validation techniques (UVT).
Demonstrated contributions to a design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across products.

Nice To Haves

Advanced fluency in Generative AI tools for design and prototyping
Hands-on experience with UX research methodologies, supporting data-driven design decisions
Domain expertise in healthcare, with an understanding of industry-specific design challenges and compliance considerations

Responsibilities

Engage internal stakeholders in understanding business goals and objectives and translate those to solution requirements and design artifacts.
Conduct behavioral analysis, user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, information architecture design, and interaction design.
Create and implement interaction models, user flows, and user interface specifications aligned to WellSky design principles.
Practice human-centered design methodologies, such as research and design architecture best practices, to improve the end-user’s interactions with WellSky solutions.
Define metrics for measuring the impact of UX on the organization, determine success criteria, and establish other KPIs related to client experience analytics.
Lead workshops and design reviews to educate and transform the culture around user-centered design and development.
