Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4-6 years relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in modern product design tools, such as Figma and Figma Make, and familiarity with collaborative coding platforms (e.g., Lovable, Replit)
  • Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools and their application in product workflows
  • Experience conducting user research, including usability testing and validation techniques (UVT).
  • Demonstrated contributions to a design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across products.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced fluency in Generative AI tools for design and prototyping
  • Hands-on experience with UX research methodologies, supporting data-driven design decisions
  • Domain expertise in healthcare, with an understanding of industry-specific design challenges and compliance considerations

Responsibilities

  • Engage internal stakeholders in understanding business goals and objectives and translate those to solution requirements and design artifacts.
  • Conduct behavioral analysis, user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, information architecture design, and interaction design.
  • Create and implement interaction models, user flows, and user interface specifications aligned to WellSky design principles.
  • Practice human-centered design methodologies, such as research and design architecture best practices, to improve the end-user’s interactions with WellSky solutions.
  • Define metrics for measuring the impact of UX on the organization, determine success criteria, and establish other KPIs related to client experience analytics.
  • Lead workshops and design reviews to educate and transform the culture around user-centered design and development.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
