Sr. Test & Validation Engineer
About The Position
The Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking a motivated Sr. Test & Validation Engineer to support the Raytheon Forest Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC). As a Sr. Test & Validation Engineer, you'll work within production operations and the manufacturing discipline and will partner with a multi-disciplined team of engineers to develop and evaluate test processes, special test equipment, data analysis tools and test requirements. Requirements
- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status Requirements: The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Security Clearance: DoD Clearance: Secret
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining Test Procedures
- Root cause analysis and resolution of test failures (hardware and test environment)
- Maintaining related STE (Special Test Equipment) and specifying replacement equipment when required (obsolescence)
- Training technicians to use Test Procedures and providing written directions for troubleshooting instruction
- Transforming complex information and data into clear, concise and visually engaging slides
- Training entry level Test Engineers on test process
- Some travel may be required
