The Senior Teller will be responsible for executing member’s financial transactions in an accurate and professional manner. In addition, this position is responsible for recommending and referring financial products and services and opening member accounts. Senior Tellers must also exemplify superior service and build positive relationships. This position will drive unparalleled member satisfaction, net promoter score (NPS), member retention, cultivate a culture of excellence, and contribute to the overall success and reputation of the organization.
