About the Team The Solution Design & Services (SD&S) organization serves as the pre‑sales technical arm of Ingram Micro. As the first technical touchpoint for many of our partners, SD&S plays a critical role in shaping customer engagement and enabling partner success across our ecosystem. This position is part of our Build Team, which focuses on delivering high‑quality solution configurations and technical build services. About the Role We are seeking a Sr. Technical Solutions Engineer with strong Dell expertise to act as a technical leader within SD&S. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our pre‑sales team and reseller partners to scope, size, and architect complex Dell‑based solutions. You will serve as a subject‑matter expert for Dell technologies, validate solution designs, and ensure technical accuracy throughout the build process. You will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to elevating the technical capabilities of the broader team.
