About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of our healthcare IT solutions for clients. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and knowledge of healthcare industry practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3-5 yrs experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT solutions.
  • Proficiency in Unix, SQL, Python, or similar programming languages for data analysis and system support.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare industry workflows, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, particularly related to healthcare data analytics.
  • Analyze healthcare data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform solution design and performance improvements.
  • Lead and support the implementation of healthcare IT solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration.
  • Partner with clients to assess needs, define requirements, and customize solutions aligned with their goals and operational workflows.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer and training sessions to end-users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of technology solutions.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting, resolving client issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback, coordinating with internal teams to drive resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization to enhance client satisfaction and maximize value delivery.
