We are seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager – Measurement Data Pipeline to join the Global Measurement & Insights (GMI) team. This role is responsible for driving execution and technical delivery of scalable data pipelines, analytics infrastructure, and measurement tooling that power Microsoft Ads’ advanced measurement solutions. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Measurement Leads, and Analytical Leads to design, build, and operationalize high-quality data systems that enable attribution, incrementality, experimentation, reporting, and AI-driven insights. This role blends deep technical ownership with cross-functional program leadership to ensure data solutions are delivered with rigor, reliability, and scale.
