About The Position

DeepIntent is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager to support the new line of DeepIntent Helix products and lead the technical and strategic relationship for our Analytics & Data Platforms across agency partners. This role combines client ownership with hands-on technical execution, supporting analytics products, clean room technologies, and pharmaceutical marketing workflows. You’ll own the post-sale experience end-to-end. From onboarding and training to ongoing optimization and growth, while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Client Solutions to drive customer value. This role is ideal for someone who can operate across technical deep dives and executive conversations. Healthcare experience is required.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience across technical and client-facing roles, with increasing responsibility
  • 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar role
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, with working knowledge of HIPAA, de-identification, and data governance
  • Strong technical fluency in data infrastructure, analytics platforms, and cloud environments
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying, validation, and analysis
  • Proven ability to build structured client processes and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with healthcare datasets (e.g., medical or pharmacy claims) and/or media & advertising data
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing use cases, including targeting, measurement, and outcomes reporting
  • Understanding of clean room technologies and privacy-preserving data workflows
  • Background in AdTech or programmatic advertising
  • Working knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation
  • Prior experience in analytics, data science, or software engineering
  • Experience with CRM, project management, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce/Boostr, JIRA, Confluence, product analytics platforms).
  • Comfortable in agile environments with distributed teams. Strong documentation habits and a bias toward structured, repeatable processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical relationship for enterprise pharma and healthcare agency clients
  • Lead onboarding, training, and adoption of analytics and clean room solutions
  • Advise on data ingestion, structure, and privacy-compliant workflows
  • Monitor account health, usage, and growth opportunities
  • Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback
  • Troubleshoot issues in partnership with Engineering and Data Science
  • Use data to connect platform usage to client outcomes and ROI
  • Support renewals and upsells with technical expertise
