About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Talent and Performance Management Consultant for Early Careers within the Talent and Performance Management Team in Human Resources. The Early Career Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing the Technology early career programs, driving measurable results for both the business and Human Resources. This role serves as a strategic partner and central point of contact for program participants, managers, and stakeholders, ensuring a high-quality experience that supports development, engagement, and retention. In this role, you will: Support and manage early career programs within the Technology line of business, driving strategic outcomes for both HR and the business Oversee program operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business goals for the Technology intern, analyst and CODE Programs Serve as career coach and advisor to CODE Program participants, offering guidance throughout the program lifecycle Provide direction and support to managers of program participants to enhance development outcomes Mentor broader talent and support hiring efforts to strengthen the pipeline Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, Campus Recruiting, and Compensation to align program strategy with organizational needs Engage stakeholders to implement business execution initiatives and influence program delivery Interact with executive management to optimize operations and negotiate strategic decisions Plan and facilitate events and experiences that drive engagement, development, and integration across lines of business Monitor and report program progress, including hiring, retention, and strategic goal alignment Develop and analyze program metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership Identify opportunities for process improvement, change management, and risk control Stay current on internal and external best practices to enhance conversion, retention, and professional development

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Talent and Performance Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in early career program management, HR or the business supporting technology-focused initiatives
  • Ability to exercise judgment and decision making within broadly defined policies and practices and work independently
  • Proven record of impact and influence at the senior leadership level and ability to build positive, trusting work relationships
  • Proven experience with process improvement and problem resolution
  • Change management experience
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities
