About The Position

The Sr. Talent Development Partner leads the design, delivery, and evaluation of enterprise-wide learning and development strategies that drive organizational capability and leadership growth. This role serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring programs align with organizational priorities and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 8 years in learning & development, including instructional design, facilitation, and leadership development.
Advanced credentials such as CPLP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent preferred.
Ability to influence and advise senior leaders on talent development strategies.
Expertise in delivering high-impact learning and executive coaching for high-potential talent.
Proficiency in program evaluation, LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and emerging technologies.
Skilled in cross-functional partnerships and driving adoption of new learning initiatives.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity/experience with Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System (LMS).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced learning strategies for leadership and enterprise programs.
Design and deliver high-impact training for diverse audiences in virtual and in-person formats.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Integrate innovative instructional methods and technologies to enhance engagement.
Evaluate programs using performance metrics and business impact analysis.
Partner with senior leaders and HR to align development initiatives with business objectives.
Lead cross-functional projects and enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
Provide coaching to leaders and high-potential employees while driving digital learning adoption.
Leverage LMS and e-learning tools to deliver scalable solutions and foster continuous improvement.
Represent Learning & Development in strategic planning forums and other duties as assigned.
