Denver Health Medical Center is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist (Provider & Staff) to join its team of over 10 recruiters. This full-cycle role focuses on both provider and staff-level recruitment across the organization. Talent Acquisition Partners at Denver Health build trusting relationships with hiring leaders to identify and secure top talent. Responsibilities include conducting position intakes, recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending/negotiating offers for new hires, transfers, and promotions in accordance with standard procedures. The specialist will develop recruitment plans, collaborate with hiring leaders to meet staffing needs creatively and equitably, and utilize Workday and recruitment analytics to enhance team performance and organizational effectiveness. The role also involves facilitating training on topics such as new leader orientation and inclusive hiring practices.
