The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will aid in leading and shaping recruitment efforts including, driving strategic talent initiatives, mentoring, guiding new and existing talent acquisition partners on best practices and processes. Role will also be responsible for conducting high level sourcing and networking to attract high value targeted candidates. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will also have a responsibility to partner with Human Resources Business Partners and Hiring Managers on critical hiring needs.
