Primary Objectives: Lead the development of complex, scalable survey solutions with a strong underlying architecture Design and build custom, non-standard solutions that support unique research needs Own technical quality end-to-end, including data integrity, testing, and reliability Translate research requirements into structured, scalable builds Establish and evolve best practices across development Identify ways to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
