About The Position

The Senior Solutions Consultant, Verified Voices is a senior, client-facing strategic partner responsible for leading the pre-sales cycle by diagnosing complex business challenges and architecting differentiated survey solutions that drive measurable commercial value. This role requires deep quantitative research expertise, strong consultative discovery skills, and the ability to translate ambiguous client needs into compelling, outcome-driven research strategies. The Solutions Consultant independently leads discovery conversations, designs tailored methodologies, and persuasively demonstrates how Numerator’s Verified Voices panel, survey capabilities, and DIY platform uniquely deliver visibility, insights, efficiencies, and financial impact for CPG manufacturers, General Merchandise brands, and Retailers. This individual operates with a high degree of autonomy from initial engagement through proposal delivery, influencing deal strategy, accelerating conversion, and positioning Numerator as a trusted, strategic advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive client discovery from initial conversation through solution design, guiding stakeholders to articulate underlying business challenges, research objectives, and decision frameworks — even when needs are not clearly defined
  • Translate high-level or ambiguous business questions into structured, actionable research strategies that support executive decision-making
  • Design both complex, strategic research methodologies (e.g., segmentation, brand health tracking, optimization) and more tactical, straightforward survey solutions that deliver immediate value
  • Convert research requirements into tailored client use cases, clearly demonstrating how Numerator’s Verified Voices panel and survey ecosystem provide competitive differentiation versus alternative providers
  • Evaluate retailer, brand, and category feasibility while proactively recommending alternative approaches when constraints exist
  • Lead the strategic positioning of Numerator’s Verified Voices survey solutions, clearly articulating competitive differentiation and business impact to executive and functional stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Sales Directors to shape win strategies, quantify expected ROI, address objections, and accelerate high-value opportunities through persuasive, insight-led narratives
  • Influence deal strategy through deep understanding of client business processes and industry dynamics
  • Develop compelling, high-impact proposals that translate research design into measurable business outcomes and financial value
  • Deliver confident, executive-ready presentations that simplify complex methodologies into accessible, outcome-driven stories
  • Demonstrate fluency across both consultative and self-serve solutions, seamlessly presenting full-service survey approaches while independently demoing the DIY survey platform from the outset of engagement
  • Communicate advanced research concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring stakeholders understand how findings will drive growth, optimization, or risk mitigation
  • Operate with self-sufficiency and strong executive presence, owning discovery, scoping, solution design, and presentations without heavy oversight
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in quantitative survey research and panel data, leveraging knowledge of syndicated and household panel ecosystems (e.g., NielsenIQ, Circana) to strengthen solution design
  • Partner with Product and Leadership to translate market feedback into roadmap priorities and enhanced survey capabilities
  • Share industry insights and best practices across the Solutions Consulting and Sales teams.
  • Represent Numerator in strategic client meetings, executive briefings, and industry engagements as a trusted advisor
