About The Position

As an Sr Supervisor you will: Planning, supervising and coordinating personnel and processes within operations Managing day-to-day operations of assigned teams Developing efficient business practices Monitoring team KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction Resolution of issues and vendor management Supporting management with reports and new processes

Requirements

  • Liaise with the Client and Insight as the primary point of contact and person responsible for managing the daily operations of the archive program.
  • Establish and maintain a governance structure for the program to ensure strategic alignment with the Client’s business objectives, managing risk, and overseeing mitigation efforts.
  • Plan, allocate, and manage resources across various interrelated projects within the archive program to optimize efficiency and ensure project success.
  • Maintain accountability of performance management for the program to ensure adherence to the outlined roles and responsibilities of the team, technical system performance, and resource and project management for the program.
  • Coordinate with the Client Program Manager on strategic and resource planning to provide direction and establish priorities for program delivery and serving as the primary point for escalation of any issues identified by the archive team.
  • Manage efforts for developing documentation, process standards, and templates to increase consistency, efficiency, and clarity by providing a clear roadmap for tasks and workflows
