About The Position

This role has been created to support the next phase of growth across North America, as demand accelerates from enterprise customers and AI model and application builders. As the business scales and pursues larger, more complex opportunities, this role will play a critical part in driving strategic expansion and long-term revenue. Role positioning This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, autonomy, and impact, a senior sales leader who enjoys shaping strategy, building deep relationships, and seeing tangible results from their work

Requirements

  • Proven ownership of new logo acquisition within North America, ideally in enterprise or strategic sales environments
  • Demonstrated experience identifying, developing, and closing large, complex accounts
  • Strong track record managing long-cycle, multi-year sales opportunities
  • Ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives
  • Experience selling into HPC, AI, or GPU-based infrastructure environments
  • Experience building and maintaining executive-level relationships across technical, commercial, and procurement functions
  • Highly autonomous, comfortable with responsibility, and able to operate in a fast-scaling environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, model builders, or large-scale compute solutions
  • Existing network within enterprise technology, infrastructure, or AI ecosystems in North America
  • Experience navigating complex procurement processes in large organizations
  • Background in scaling sales motions in high-growth or emerging technology companies

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for new logo acquisition across North America
  • Leading identification and pursuit of large, strategic accounts in Enterprise, HPC and AI model / application builders
  • Focus on complex, multi-year GPU cluster opportunities
  • Stay ahead of cloud, AI, and GPU industry trends to position NexGen Cloud competitively in a fast-evolving landscape.
  • Ownership of executive-level relationships in key accounts, including C-suite, AI/ML platform leads, Infrastructure teams, and procurement functions
  • Own commercial contract negotiation and execution, aligning closely with Legal, Finance and solution / project delivery teams
