As the Shared Sourcing Services (SSS) Operations Leader, you will be accountable for day-to-day operational support of Source-to-Pay applications, with the primary platform on Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.8 and associated applications (Perceptive, RightFax, AppWorx/PVCS, Tungsten and custom applications). You will manage vendor support teams to ensure availability, compliance, security, performance, and high-quality change delivery. You will ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations, oversee change quality for production migrations, maintain application vitality and security posture, and drive business continuity and instance performance. Your priority is seamless integration and alignment across stakeholders including Product Leaders, Product Managers, application leads, Middleware, Infrastructure, DBAs, and Auditors to support smooth business operations. Responsible for operating in lock-step with product management teams to create a clear strategic direction for development needs and conveys that vision to the build and/or operations team. You will direct the team with a clear and descriptive set of requirements and partner with the team to determine what can be delivered through balancing the need for new features, defects, and technical debt. Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Product Owners and Developers.
