This role is responsible for managing complex accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and supporting financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite) and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in public accounting or corporate accounting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial modeling.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Assist in month-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Support external audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Analyze financial data and trends to support business decisions.
• Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters and special projects.
