What you’ll do: Provide overall strategic direction for people moves, space optimization efforts, and restack projects in support of business and operational goals. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, scopes, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Program business unit requirements, including seating, space, operational support needs, and adjacency planning, translating them into effective workplace solutions. Develop floor plan solutions and coordinate closely with architects, engineers, suppliers, and internal support organizations to deliver compliant and functional designs. Conduct in‑depth technical analysis and review construction documentation, including CAD drawings, blueprints, and sketches, ensuring adherence to engineering principles, construction methodologies, material standards, and applicable space planning guidelines. Apply working knowledge of space planning, furniture systems, interior design principles, and material selection to support project delivery. Establish and enforce quality control standards through regular site inspections to ensure superior workmanship and compliance with specifications and standards. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams. Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and executive‑level presentations for senior management and external stakeholders. Respond to emergency situations to support business continuity, including maintaining telecommunications and network reliability. Implement and enforce safety standards and protocols, promoting a culture of safety and minimizing workplace incidents and risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) Interior Design, Architecture or related field desired.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in workplace planning, facilities planning, construction project management, or related disciplines
  • Strong understanding of space planning principles, furniture systems, and interior design concepts
  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and construction documentation
  • Knowledge of construction practices, engineering standards, material science, and quality assurance
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • Working knowledge of workplace safety standards and construction safety practices.
