Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field or equivalent, relevant experience
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support resolution of abnormalities impacting production schedules
• 7+ years of related experience
• Organization and multitasking skills
• Problem Solving
• Time Management
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing capacity, resources, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and purchasing teams to align demand forecasts with production requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Monitor production progress, inventory accuracy, and yield performance, making schedule adjustments as needed to meet targets and resolve issues.
• Perform and oversee regular inventory counts, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate, timely inventory reporting.
• Track and analyze production and inventory KPIs, providing data-driven reports and insights to management.
• Communicate production schedules, performance metrics, and issues effectively with internal teams and global counterparts.
• Mentor and train production or inventory analysts to strengthen team capability and performance.
