Through our network of strategic partnerships with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) we reach millions of consumers through targeted campaigns promoting the benefits of The Hartford’s Employee Benefits product suite. These products include Life and Disability insurance as well as products which help protect families such as Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Hospital Indemnity and TRICARE. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Consultant role is responsible for reviewing all solicitation material created by our TPAs and internal partners, ensuring they are compliant and competitive based on The Hartford’s guidelines. The Consultant role includes maintaining an electronic filing system for audits and market conduct exams. The Consultant will also work in collaboration with the Marketing Manager on strategic initiatives, working in a consultative role with internal and external business partners. Act as a liaison for the Marketing team on new business opportunities as well as the impact of business to existing business. Work Arrangements: This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in our Hartford, CT office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). This role does not have direct reports and will be part of the larger Employee Benefits Marketing team.
