The Sr. Delivery Marketing Specialist reports to the Delivery Marketing Manager and plays a pivotal role in strengthening our delivery ordering strategy. This role supports the continuous improvement and growth of the delivery channel by creating and executing delivery focused communications, analytical insights, and educational tools that help teams perform effectively in the field. The Sr. Delivery Marketing Specialist partners closely with the Delivery Marketing Manager to plan, coordinate, and support both national and local delivery marketing initiatives that drive awareness, accuracy, and performance. This role also works hand in hand with key cross functional stakeholders, including Operations, Technology, and Marketing, to identify opportunities, implement targeted performance improvement efforts, and support the rollout of new processes or programs that enhance delivery outcomes.
