About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced technical presales professional specializing in data engineering and integration. The Senior Solution Consultant is a hands-on technical consultant with the ability to deliver and position solutions during while achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives for an assigned territory. You will play a critical role within our presales team, driving innovative solutions primarily around ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric, complemented by NowAssist and Agentic AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies, including REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, JDBC, data pipelines, streaming data platforms, and middleware technologies.
  • 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technology
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
  • Ability to actively listen to customer requirements and provide a solution to address the customer’s business issue
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to perform without being told what to do
  • Ability to prioritize task and be efficient to minimize wasted effort
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling and presentation skills to articulate technical and business concepts

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to additional technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative AI, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Process Mining, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD) practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Understand business and technical problems addressed by for ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric, articulating the benefits and capabilities of integrated data solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, thoroughly understand data integration challenges and requirements, and translate them into effective ServiceNow-based solutions.
  • Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers.
  • Develop robust and innovative architectures that leverage the full potential of ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric to support data ingestion, transformation, integration, analytics, and actionable insights aligned with customer objectives.
  • Support the presales lifecycle from opportunity qualification through close, effectively driving sales targets with tailored data integration-focused solutions
  • Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
  • Maintain deep technical expertise on ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric, NowAssist, Agentic AI, and stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering.
  • Stay current on competitive analyses and understand differentiators between the company and its competitors
