As a Sr Solution Architect you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and designing innovative solutions to address business challenges. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze complex problems, create robust solutions, and ensure consistency across all technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system architecture, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving technological advancement within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Typically, 10+ years experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing technical solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture, system integration, and software development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance considerations in solution design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus among stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding and experience across multiple technical domains
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and constraints.
  • Analyze current systems and processes to propose scalable solutions.
  • Design and implement robust, high-quality architectural solutions that meet business requirements and align with the company’s technical strategy.
  • Ensure solutions are consistent with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
  • Lead the development of architectural frameworks, patterns, and standards to promote consistency across the organization.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs and solutions.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable by conducting regular reviews and assessments.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate relevant advancements into the organization’s architecture.
  • Work well with complex solutions and uncertain or changing requirements
  • Ensure the bridge between business needs and technical requirements is obtained so that a logical design can be created
  • Effectively manage relationships with end-users, senior management, and in a matrixed-resource environment
  • Partner with senior functional architects to ensure a complete conceptual and logical design is produced
