Fintua is transforming its platform from provisioned systems into a fully serverless, automated, event driven AWS architecture. This includes adopting DynamoDB for high scale NoSQL workloads, Aurora Limitless for distributed relational operations, and AWS Glue for data transformation and orchestration. The Solution Architect will own this transformation, designing the target architecture, defining cloud standards, and enabling automated deployments across all environments. This person will be expected to operate with a high degree of self-motivation, own their role end to end, report directly to the Chief Engineer, and proactively challenge existing design practices to improve scalability, resilience, and simplicity. Location: Hybrid Kilkenny - must be able to attend the Kilkenny office 2x per week.
