The AI Agentic Team designs, builds, and runs intelligent agents end to end, owning agent logic, workflows, integrations, production deployment, and ongoing performance to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable agentic systems. This role is part of building the next generation of Comcast's chat experience, transitioning to a fully agentic, AI-driven system. As an AI Agentic Software Engineer, you will create re-usable AI agents for Xfinity applications, initially focusing on enabling agentic capabilities for the Xfinity Assistant (chat application) with a strong emphasis on customer experience. The work will be within a Google-centric ecosystem, utilizing tools like Agent Development Kit (ADK) and Gemini Enterprise to orchestrate complex, agent-driven customer experiences.
