Position Summary: This role is responsible for creating and implementing new processes across the social media team including social care, paid social, and vendor management by leveraging collaboration tools, creating workflows, and incorporating industry best practices. In this role, you will own and facilitate paid social media budgets, leveraging your expertise to mentor and train other employees on paid social best practices. Working closely with the Customer Care team, this role will facilitate trainings, onboarding, escalation workflows and ongoing social support for social care. Ongoing management and troubleshooting of platforms and vendors, including a cross-functional content management tool, social media management platform, and social media vendors to support building a best-in-class social media practice.
