About The Position

The Business Advancement Program Manager, AI & Automation (Sr. Consultant Business Ops) leads the strategy, intake, prioritization, and execution of initiatives focused on artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and business process transformation. This role partners across business and technology teams identify high-value opportunities, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and manage a portfolio of projects that improve efficiency, decision-making, and operational performance. The ideal candidate brings strong program management experience along with practical fluency in automation, analytics, and emerging AI tools. This includes experience with platforms such as Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio, as well as familiarity with large language models (LLMs), agent development, Python, and other AI-enablement skills that support intelligent workflow design and delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in program management, project management, business transformation, process improvement, or digital delivery roles.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.
Experience supporting workflow automation, business intelligence, digital transformation, or AI-enabled process improvement initiatives.
Strong knowledge of project and program management disciplines, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and executive reporting.
Demonstrated experience with automation and analytics tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable operational and technical solutions.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Copilot Studio for developing or supporting copilots, agents, or conversational workflow solutions.
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and their business applications, including prompt design, retrieval-based solutions, summarization, search, classification, and workflow augmentation.
Experience developing or supporting AI solutions such as agents, copilots, intelligent assistants, or workflow-integrated automation.
Experience writing code or scripts in Python or similar languages to support automation, analytics, integrations, or AI-related solutions.
Familiarity with low-code/no-code development, API integrations, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration concepts.
Experience with enterprise automation tools such as UiPath, ServiceNow, or related workflow platforms.
Understanding of data governance, AI risk, privacy, and compliance considerations.

Practical understanding of workflow automation, business intelligence, and emerging AI capabilities.

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology initiatives to measurable outcomes.
Skilled in facilitation, process analysis, prioritization, and executive communication.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of AI, automation, and process improvement initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy and business priorities.
Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities to improve workflows through AI, automation, analytics, and digital enablement.
Build and manage program roadmaps, project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.
Establish governance, reporting, and communication processes to ensure visibility, accountability, and successful execution.
Drive initiatives from intake and business case development through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
Partner with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for workflow automation, AI augmentation, and operational simplification.
Translate business needs into use cases, requirements, and implementation plans for scalable AI and automation solutions.
Support the design and delivery of solutions using tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and other enterprise automation platforms.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement AI-enabled capabilities such as agents, copilots, intelligent assistants, decision-support tools, and workflow-integrated automation.
Contribute to solution development through technical fluency in low-code automation, prompt design, scripting, and Python where applicable.
Help ensure solutions are secure, scalable, governed, and aligned with enterprise standards for responsible AI and technology use.
Serve as a liaison across business, operations, IT, data, and product teams to align priorities and drive delivery.
Facilitate discovery sessions, process mapping workshops, solution reviews, and stakeholder working sessions.
Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and business outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Communicate program progress, recommendations, and impact clearly to leaders and stakeholders.
Support change management, adoption planning, training, and end-user enablement for deployed solutions.
Define and monitor KPIs related to efficiency, cycle time, quality, adoption, and ROI.
Use dashboards, reporting, and business insights to measure impact and support decision-making.
Develop repeatable frameworks, templates, and best practices to scale AI and automation capabilities across the organization.
Promote continuous improvement and responsible AI practices, including governance, privacy, compliance, and human oversight.
