About the Role: We are seeking an exceptional Senior Slack Platform Engineer to lead CrowdStrike's Slack Enterprise Grid architecture and operations. This role is critical in maintaining and securing our primary collaboration platform used by 10,000+ employees globally. As the Slack platform expert, you will be responsible for platform architecture, security controls, performance optimization, and integration with our identity and security frameworks. The ideal candidate will combine deep Slack expertise with strong security knowledge and excellent platform engineering abilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise platform engineering, platform management (enterprise administration, workspace management, security implementation, performance management, capacity planning, and vendor management).
• 4+ years of Slack Enterprise Grid experience.
• Experience with Slack API.
• Strong security implementation background (access controls, DLP, monitoring, Incident Response, compliance).
• Experience with identity integration/platforms (Okta).
• Track record of platform optimization, knowledge of automation frameworks, and integration.
• Familiarity with Python/Node.js, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD.
• Problem-solving, strong communication, and leadership abilities.
