About The Position

Lasko Products, an industry leader of home environment products for over 100 years, is looking to add a Sr. SIOP Analyst to our West Chester corporate office. This role is a key business partner in driving Lasko’s end-to-end SIOP process—linking demand, supply, and inventory strategies to business objectives. The Senior Analyst will provide advanced analytics, scenario modeling, and executive-level insights to improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory investment, and enhance service performance across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or SIOP-related functions within a manufacturing or consumer products environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems and planning tools (QAD and Atlas Planning, a plus)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analytical preparation for monthly SIOP cycles, translating complex data sets into actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain integrated SIOP dashboards and performance scorecards (forecast accuracy, inventory turns, fill rates, and service levels).
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align demand and supply plans with financial and production targets.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of forecast variances and identify improvement opportunities in planning assumptions or system parameters.
  • Build scenario and sensitivity models to evaluate risk, capacity constraints, and strategic alternatives.
  • Present recommendations and insights to senior leadership, influencing decision-making around production, purchasing, and inventory strategy.
  • Support SIOP system enhancements and process automation initiatives.
