Vertiv is hiring a SIOP Manager - Americas in Westerville, OH as a workstream leader to facilitate and drive results in SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operational Planning) process across assigned lines of businesses to improve KPIs performance. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Sales Operations, or Strategic Sourcing.
  • 5-10 years of experience with end-to-end sales, inventory, operations and planning experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Work independently, solve problems, and multi-task.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Intermediate or higher level of order processing systems, inventory software.
  • Ability to bring structure to ill-defined problems and intellectual leadership to problem solving; synthesize insights from analysis and ensure credible, actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to develop rapport and credibility across the organization, promote ideas persuasively; ability to manage situations including senior leaders and external groups.

Nice To Haves

  • APICS or CPM Certification preferred.
  • Experience with channel product sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead assigned Lines of Business SIOP process and deliver an aligned Consensus Plan for executive review and appropriate signoffs.
  • Manage Lead assigned Lines for Business SIOP Demand and Supply alignment analytics, tools and create desired outputs, views, presentations, and insights to aid in an informed recommendation.
  • Facilitate required SIOP meetings working closely with Sales Operations, Offering Management, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, and other cross functional groups.
  • Participate in partnership with the Demand Planning and the Material and Capacity SIOP element leaders for a robust understanding of unconstrained demand plan and constrained plan for the formation of the recommended consensus plan for executive review.
  • Partner with assigned LOB leaders and offering manager to ensure informed plan formation, including product lifecycle events and transitions, and plan agreement.
