In support of government customer, we are seeking a SharePoint Developer with experience in supporting (DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/ principles/organizational protocols). Sharepoint Developers specialize in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions to meet organizational needs. They work on customizing SharePoint sites, creating workflows, and integrating third-party tools. Junior developers focus on basic customizations and support, while senior developers and architects handle complex implementations, system design, and strategic planning. Consultants often provide expert guidance and tailored solutions for businesses.

  • Ensuring the integrity and functionality of the MS Office 365 environment by monitoring and updating platforms such as PowerApps, Forms, Outlook, OneDrive, and other related tools.
  • Coordinating with contractors to maintain consistency and usability across the environment. Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including walkthroughs and source code to enable Government modification of the SharePoint environment.
  • Designing and developing custom SharePoint solutions, workflows, and Power Platform applications to enhance automation and information sharing capability. Integrating enterprise capabilities to reduce data redundancy and improving data connections.
  • Configuring and managing content-type hubs and term stores to support Governance initiatives.
  • Maintaining and updating websites IAW Government policies.
  • Developing web services, dashboards, and reporting tools, applying graphic design principles, and configuring SharePoint portals.
  • Deploying custom applications using ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and XSLT, and conducting source code reviews and ensuring quality assurance.

  • 10 years of work related experience
  • Proficiency with DDL and DML, MS SQL, and Access working in a SharePoint developer role and managing complex SharePoint environments. Strong technical knowledge of data management systems, back-end development, front end design/implementation, database design, data quality, and data governance. Manages and maintains a Program Management correspondence tracking system within MS 365, utilizing TEAMS and SharePoint.
