Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience in software engineering.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture and development.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Strong experience with data exchange formats like XML and JSON.
- Ability to document and create functionality aligning with customer value streams.
- Excellent communication skills for technical collaboration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Ability to mentor junior developers.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the architectural framework for ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow Service Portals.
- Create and enhance custom widgets using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Implement portal pages, themes, and branding.
- Lead the design and development of custom applications.
- Architect and implement complex data integrations with external systems.
- Design mechanisms for generating outgoing XML data.
- Design and develop customized user interfaces.
- Oversee deployment and maintenance of ServiceNow instances.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements.
- Support business growth by contributing to proposals.
