About The Position

Sr. Scrum Master Location: Middletown, NJ (Onsite from Day 1) Long Term Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure alignment among teams. Utilize SAFe Scrum Master principles to guide teams in Agile practices and methodologies. Develop and maintain project documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows. Support the product owner in prioritizing the backlog and ensuring clarity of requirements. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Assist in the development of test plans and participate in user acceptance testing. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and experience as a SAFe Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience in business analysis within an Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Should have development or Testing background.
  • Excellent knowledge in OSS Telecom domain is must.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement techniques.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, SAFe Agilist) is a plus.
