About The Position

The Senior Scrum Master serves as a key facilitator of product delivery, ensuring strong adherence to hybrid delivery principles while fostering a culture grounded in collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. This role extends beyond traditional scrum facilitation—providing governance support, clear and consistent status reporting, and hands‑on mentoring to teams. The Senior Scrum Master also plays an important role in guiding organizational adoption of product delivery excellence across multiple projects or teams, helping align people, process, and priorities. This position will primarily support the Unified Commerce roadmap, including Ecommerce and Point of Sale initiatives, with the opportunity to take on additional systems or applications based on workload and business priorities. Core responsibilities include leading Scrum ceremonies, coaching/guiding team members and stakeholders, removing impediments, supporting backlog management, and driving continuous improvement. The role also ensures transparency through meaningful metrics, champions product delivery values across the organization, and proactively identifies and mitigates risks that could impact timelines or quality.
