Requirements

4–7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enablement roles, ideally in scaled engagement models.
Experience in supporting large customer bases through programs like webinars or lifecycle campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to convey insights clearly.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms, analytics dashboards, and CRM systems.
Organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

Design and execute scaled outreach programs that support customers through key lifecycle moments.
Create and deliver standardized performance communications, including email campaigns and educational content.
Host live and recorded webinars focused on performance insights and best practices.
Translate common customer questions and usage patterns into scalable guidance and resources.
Partner with teams across the organization to align messaging and ensure customer needs are met.
