As a Scaled Success Manager, you’ll support and grow Wix Top Merchants by leading live trainings, webinars, workshops, and educational experiences that help users confidently adopt Wix features. You’ll create engaging learning materials, encourage users to try new approaches, and help build a positive environment where community leaders feel supported and inspired. Your work will directly support user engagement — encouraging actions like attending events, creating content, and interacting with others — which helps users stay active on the platform and grow their businesses over time. In this role, you will: Lead in-person workshops, community events, and live trainings with confidence and warmth Host webinars, live digital sessions, and recorded tutorials that are engaging and easy to follow Create educational and marketing content such as guides, scripts, visual materials, and short-form videos Use content creation platforms like Canva, Descript, CapCut, Loom, or similar to design polished, accessible learning experiences Encourage ongoing user engagement and participation to help build platform habits and ensure long-term retention Experiment with new formats and ideas to strengthen community activity and user stickiness within the branded app Collaborate with Product and partnership teams to share user insights and support feature adoption Represent Wix as a friendly, welcoming, and encouraging voice across live and digital environments
