Job Description U.S. Bank National Association is seeking a full-time Sr. Salesforce Solution Architect (Multiple openings) in Atlanta, GA. The Sr. Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for facilitating research, design, development, and integration of emerging technology architectures to align with business strategy, goals, and objectives. This position creates architectural principles to support business goals. Specific duties include: (1) formulate conceptual architectures and communicates architectural vision, goals, and design objectives to multiple audiences; (2) lead the development of technology strategies and roadmaps for emerging technologies, evaluating usefulness, and making recommendations regarding selected technologies; (3) identify risks associated with current or new technology use; (4) manage and problem-solve architectural or technical issues during the planning or delivery of program increment features and stories; (5) build a strong partnership with Product Management and Architecture teams to ensure successful delivery of product roadmap; (6) deliver a global vision for Salesforce and cloud technology that engages senior leadership and stakeholders across both North America and Europe; (7) translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions; (8) direct technical migration efforts from legacy systems to the Salesforce platform, drive business growth and enhancing customer service capabilities; (9) engineer and maintain robust data integrations with upstream and downstream systems via SOAP/REST APIs, Apex REST services, and asynchronous solutions using Streaming API, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC); (10) configure External Data Sources and Objects using Salesforce Connect (OData 4.0), enable seamless data visibility within Service Cloud from external platforms; (11) maintain unified cloud architecture diagrams, ensure accurate documentation and alignment with evolving system landscapes; and (12) manage Service Cloud environments and sandbox pipelines, overseeing code promotion workflows via Jenkins and GitLab. Basic Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Information Systems, or Computer Science and 5 years (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Required Skills/Experience: Must also have 24 months of experience with each of the following: (1) directing technical migration efforts from legacy systems to the Salesforce platform, driving business growth and enhancing customer service capabilities; (2) engineering and maintaining robust data integrations with upstream and downstream systems via SOAP/REST APIs, Apex REST services, and asynchronous solutions using Streaming API, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC); (3) configuring External Data Sources and Objects using Salesforce Connect (OData 4.0), enabling seamless data visibility within Service Cloud from external platforms; (4) maintaining unified cloud architecture diagrams, ensuring accurate documentation and alignment with evolving system landscapes; and (5) managing Service Cloud environments and sandbox pipelines, overseeing code promotion workflows via Jenkins and GitLab. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Information Systems, or Computer Science
  • 5 years (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
