Job Description U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Sr. Salesforce Appl Systems Administrator (multiple positions) in Atlanta, GA.

Requirements

  • Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, and 3 years in a Systems Administrator, or related, occupation.
  • Must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: Application delivery including release management; Conga Sign and Conga Composer; Functionalities of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ; Lightning Flows, Apex classes, and Triggers; SOQL, and SOSL; and Utilizing Data Loader and Workbench for bulk data import, export, update, and cleansing operations to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Validate system functionality after network configuration.
  • Support the design configuration, problem diagnosis, maintenance, and installation of application systems or user group profiles.
  • Administer the installation, configuration, and maintenance of purchased software applications or application frameworks.
  • Collaborate with system administrators in testing and installing new software releases and application system upgrades.
  • Analyze, monitor, and fine-tune the application system to achieve optimum performance levels.
  • Work with internal infrastructure teams and vendors to resolve issues with hardware and software.
  • Maintain a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database of supporting documentation to ensure data integrity.
  • Participate with application system problem resolution by working with application developers, vendors, and internal infrastructure team members to troubleshoot.
