About The Position

U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Sr. Salesforce Appl Systems Administrator (multiple positions) in Atlanta, GA. Essential Responsibilities: Validate system functionality after network configuration. Support the design configuration, problem diagnosis, maintenance, and installation of application systems or user group profiles. Administer the installation, configuration, and maintenance of purchased software applications or application frameworks. Collaborate with system administrators in testing and installing new software releases and application system upgrades. Analyze, monitor, and fine-tune the application system to achieve optimum performance levels. Work with internal infrastructure teams and vendors to resolve issues with hardware and software. Maintain a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database of supporting documentation to ensure data integrity. Participate with application system problem resolution by working with application developers, vendors, and internal infrastructure team members to troubleshoot.

Requirements

  • Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, and 3 years in a Systems Administrator, or related, occupation.
  • Must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: Application delivery including release management; Conga Sign and Conga Composer; Functionalities of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ; Lightning Flows, Apex classes, and Triggers; SOQL, and SOSL; and Utilizing Data Loader and Workbench for bulk data import, export, update, and cleansing operations to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
