About The Position

Supervise Salesforce development cycles by providing guidance on solutioning and designing system components, while maintaining the platform’s stability and integrity, and applying best practices. Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments. Where appropriate, this could include deploying changes. Define and enforce coding standards across all projects. Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements, implement new functionality and bring old functionality up to current standards. Suggest and approve improvements and upgrades to existing functionality and technical components, to implement new technologies. Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture Team in designing solutions across multiple platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (any), or a related field
  • 5 years of progressively responsible post-bachelor’s degree experience in a related occupation
  • 5 years of Salesforce Developer experience
  • 5 years experience with APEX, Visual Force, SOQL, HTML, or Java
  • 5 years experience with Data Loader, Enterprise Manager, or ANT
  • 5 years experience with configuration tools including Lightning components, Flows, Workflows, Security, Approval processes, and Triggers
  • Salesforce certified including Administrator; Platform Developer II; Application Architect; and Platform App Builder
  • Telecommuting is permitted
  • Must report into Veolia WTS USA, Inc. offices in Trevose, PA when not telecommuting
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a background check
