As a Senior CRM Engineer, you'll be more than a technological leader; you'll be a steward of a legacy that stretches back to 1889.   • Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Service s Cloud to meet the evolving needs of Direct Division .
  • Design & im plement scalable technical solutions with the configuration before code mindset.
  • Design , d ocument and implement i ntegrations with other systems and tools ensuring data consistency , data integrity , and adaptability.
  • Create Lightning Web Components and a pplications to drive productivity, engagement, and best in class user experience.
  • Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and controllers as necessary to extend the utilization of our CRM platform .
  • Support system performance monitoring, proactively addressing issues , and iterat ing on soluti ons based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams such as data operations , analytics, information security , and DevOps to ensure alignment with enterprise standards .
  • Support and help manage technical debt ensuring high reusability of common features.
  • Mentor team members on technical standards , best practices, and overall technical excellence.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven expertise extending the Salesforce platform , passion to drive innovation, and be intrinsically motivated to deliver successful results.
  • A minimum of 7 + years of direct experience developing on the Salesforce platform .
  • Well versed in Salesforce best practices and methodologies along with a solid understanding of the product vision.
  • Advanced proficiency w ith Salesforce core and industry-centric t oolkit s including but not limited to fl ows, v alidation rules, custom metadata, connected apps, user permissions/ entitlements, f lex c ards, o mni s cripts, and i ntegration p rocedures.
  • Expert skills in developing l ightning w eb c omponents, p latform e vents, v isual f orce , APEX , and APIs .
  • Knowledge of data integration tools with experience integrating Salesforce across enterprise systems .
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to spot gaps, challenge assumptions, push back and offer best-practice alternatives to ideas.
  • Required c ertifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience with one or more of these Salesforce solutions : Financial Services Cloud Marketing Cloud A gentForc e Data Cloud OmniStudio CRM Analytic s (FKNA Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics )
  • Preferred certifications Salesforce Platform Developer II Salesforce Application and/or System Architect
