This position is ineligible for employment Visa sponsorship. Overall Purpose This position designs, develops, tests and maintains software product applications. Essential Functions Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and applications. Serve as technical expert on development projects. Drives full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design. Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements. Support, maintain, and document software functionality. Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation. Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed. Drive software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements. Consult with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs. Complies with all security policies and procedures, to ensure that the highest level of system and data confidentiality, integrity and availability is maintained.

Requirements

  • Experience Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or 5 or more years of related industry experience.
  • Advanced expertise in Salesforce Apex, including: Complex trigger frameworks and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future) Exception handling, bulkification, and governor-limit optimization
  • Strong hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) using: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS Component composition, state management, and event handling
  • Solid understanding of front-end development principles, including: Responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility UX best practices within the Salesforce Lightning framework
  • Experience building custom UI solutions using LWC, Aura (legacy), and Visualforce where appropriate
  • Proven ability to design and implement secure, scalable back-end solutions leveraging: Apex services, SOQL/SOSL optimization, and data access patterns Platform events and Change Data Capture (CDC)
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft)
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience performing code reviews, enforcing development standards, and mentoring junior engineers
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), and large data volume (LDV) strategies
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into well-architected, maintainable full-stack Salesforce solutions
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating closely with product owners, designers, and QA teams
