About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in bridging business needs with Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories that drive successful Salesforce delivery. This is a hybrid position with the expectation to work onsite three days a week in the Ericsson office located in Boise, Idaho. Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Inc. does not sponsor U.S work authorizations for this job position including U.S. immigration filings for initial and/or change of employer paperwork for H-1’s, H-1B1’s, E-3’s, O-1’s, and TN’s. Ericsson also does not hire F-1’s working on CPT or EAD for this position.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience gathering, refining, and documenting user stories with business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira (or equivalent requirements tracking tools).
  • 1.5+ years of Salesforce configuration experience (fields, layouts, rules, workflows).
  • Active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and IT teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
  • Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
  • Experience with complex enterprise Salesforce environments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders and IT business partners to gather, analyze, refine, and document requirements in the form of detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops to ensure business needs are clearly understood and captured.
  • Actively participate in solutioning sessions and grooming sessions to drive alignment and clarity.
  • Manage and track work items in Jira, ensuring user stories and tasks are accurate, prioritized, and ready for development.
  • Perform basic Salesforce configuration, including fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and maintain platform integrity.
  • Assist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring user acceptance criteria are validated.
  • Test and demo Salesforce functionality for business stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure usability.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Salesforce releases, best practices, and new features to provide recommendations for process and platform improvements.
  • Assist in tracking application and development issues within the team for effective resolution and to identify underlying systemic causes.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by manager.
