The HRSA project is dedicated to modernizing and enhancing the Health Resources and Services Administration’s systems to improve operational efficiency and data management. By leveraging Salesforce and low-code/no-code platforms, the project aims to streamline processes, improve user experiences, and ensure better access to healthcare resources. These efforts align with HRSA’s mission of providing equitable healthcare services, strengthening program delivery, and ensuring compliance with federal standards. The Salesforce Business Analyst will serve as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams on the HRSA (Health Resources and Services Administration) project. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging Salesforce solutions to support project goals. The position focuses on optimizing workflows, improving processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions aligned with organizational needs and compliance requirements.
