About The Position

iRobot is looking to hire a proven leader to manage and grow a portfolio of primarily Canada-based retailers and distributors. Primary focus will be on expanding iRobot’s presence in Canada through new distribution and at existing retail partners by effectively capturing business needs, establishing strategic relationships and implementing profitable growth strategies The portfolio includes both traditional Canadian retailers such as Canadian Tire, Best Buy and Costco as well as Amazon. Proven experience and strong familiarity with e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, and retail media levers are required. Success in this role will require exceptional communication, negotiation, forecasting, and analytical skills. Experience in the Canada market is a must. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • 7–10 years’ experience in sales management, preferably in CPG such as electronics or appliances. Experience with Canadian retailers is an asset
  • Experience managing or supporting Amazon retail or marketplace businesses, including promotional planning, forecasting, and digital shelf management
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret e-commerce metrics such as traffic, conversion, and promotional performance
  • Detailed understanding of the different levers that drive sales and improve margin
  • Hands-on attitude and strong skills in negotiating terms, always keeping in mind the company’s margin and interests
  • Outstanding communication and people skills with aptitude in collaborating and building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • High Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience problem-solving and negotiating
  • High motivation, resilience, and flexibility
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving cross-functional projects ideally in a matrix organization
  • English language fluency

  • Fluency in French is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Champion the needs of your retail base, with an expert understanding of the unique needs of the Canada territory
  • Explore and develop new opportunities for growth within existing retail base or through new distribution
  • Provide timely insight into market conditions and competitive placement, pricing, promotional activity, and any additional relevant information
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize digital shelf presence, including product content, reviews, ratings, and merchandising execution
  • Work closely with retail media and marketing teams to align investment strategies that drive traffic, conversion, and profitable growth
  • Analyze sales trends, traffic, conversion, and promotional performance to identify growth opportunities and risks
  • Deliver accurate sell-thru and receipt forecasts based on current trends, promotional strategies, new product launches, and other factors
  • Manage the commercial performance and operational health of Amazon Canada, including forecasting, promotional planning, and inventory management
  • Support key Amazon events and promotional moments (Prime events, seasonal campaigns, etc.) through effective planning and execution
