As a Market Development Manager for Dental Solutions in the United States and Canada, you will make an impact by: Defining the regional portfolio strategy aligned with the global portfolio strategy Owning business building & collaborative partnerships for relevant portfolios in region Leading new product launches in the United Stated and Canada Driving growth through execution of portfolio programs Defining and executing pricing strategies and decisions in line with global strategic direction Collaborating with Global teams and Regional Omnichannel and Country Marketing on the implementation of marketing campaigns Generating customer insights around customer experience, product/solution performance, competitive positioning, and new product opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years of marketing, portfolio, or business management/development experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or Strategy
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience understanding customer needs and business objectives and translating into portfolio strategies (pricing, positioning, etc.)
  • Ability to use analytics to take projects effectively from analysis to insight and implementation

Responsibilities

  • Defining the regional portfolio strategy aligned with the global portfolio strategy
